1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all returned items will be carefully inspected before approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return standards.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Sale items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, underwear
  • Accessories (including earrings, hats, hair accessories)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after items are received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if returned items are not in original condition.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

HONEY MOLLYS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
